Joshua Becht was born in Cincinnati, OH but was raised in Georgetown, IN, and attended Northside with his family until he moved away to college. Joshua graduated from Asbury University with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry and Bible / Theology in 2018. While in college, Joshua attended and interned at Southland Christian Church in Nicholasville, KY. Before coming to Northside, Joshua was working part-time with Youth for Christ, one of Northside's mission partners, as a Campus Life Director. He was also working full-time as a barista and store manager at Coffee Crossing. Joshua has been married to his wife, Lizzy, since June of 2018. They welcomed their first daughter, Hazel Grace, into the world in September 2021. Joshua loves his role here at Northside because he gets to use his gifts and calling to empower others to join in the ministry of Jesus Christ to impact an entire generation with the Gospel during such a pivotal time in their lives.
