Hi I’m Haley! I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and moved here in May of 2023! I am a Marketing Specialist for Northside Christian Church and love being able to use my creative side in a ministry role. I love so many things, but to pick a few would be traveling, music, quality time with people I love, coffee, and a good movie!
Hello, I’m Sidney! I am a 4th grade teacher. I grew up coming to Northside and joined Young Adults a little over a year ago. I love traveling, summer time, concerts, and having fun with friends!

Both Jason and Josh share a heart for young adults and believe the transition from high school into adulthood is a critical season for faith, community, and growth.
Jason works with 3rd–5th graders and loves Louisville sports, golfing, and spending time with family. He found Northside through a visit years ago and quickly realized this was home.
Josh serves with middle school students, helping them better understand how deeply they are loved by Jesus. He and his wife came to Northside when she began serving in children’s ministry, and Josh jumped in soon after.
Ideal group hangout: Chips and dip while watching sports or playing something competitive.

Jess and Kelcie lead a small group because they want to be able to create welcoming community for young adults. They want to create a safe, welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they grow in faith and community at Northside no matter where they are at in their early adult life!
Jess values community, growth, and showing up authentically. She works as a healthcare recruiter and was introduced to Northside 10 years ago by a friend. From the moment she walked in, she was drawn to how welcoming and genuine the church felt, and it quickly became a place where she could grow in her faith while feeling truly known and supported. In her downtime, Jess enjoys playing golf, surviving barre class, and slow Saturday mornings at the farmers market.
Kelcie recently moved here from Arizona to be with her family. She works at coffee crossing and is finishing up her degree in biblical studies, she loves to workout and hike in her free time! She came to Northside during a season when God was showing her the importance of community and that she couldn’t do life alone.
Ideal group hangout: A blend of fun and connection—shared meals, game nights, or casual activities paired with intentional check-ins where relationships deepen and faith conversations happen naturally.

I’m Ariel! I married my husband, Josh, 14yrs ago and we have three amazing kiddos, Talon (12), Emerson (8), and Devon (7). I am the Children’s Ministry Pastor here at Northside and LOVE that I get to call this place both my job and my Church! I’ve been serving at YA for a little over a year and it has been such a joy! I have always been involved in Children’s Ministry and through that I met a group of young adults that were pouring into our kiddos week in and week out and the Lord totally highlighted this group to me and gave me a huge heart to serve and pour into them!
Hey! My name is Jordan and I love getting to lead a group at YA! I started attending Northside in 2016, where I eventually found home in the student ministry. I graduated from IUS in 2021 with my degree in elementary education, and currently work here at Northside with our students and young adults! Driven by my growing passion for young women and seeing a need here, I began leading a group in 2023 and have been here ever since!

Joshua grew up in Georgetown and graduated from Floyd Central. He met Lizzy at Asbury University, and they’ve been married since 2018. Joshua serves as the Student Ministry Pastor at Northside and is a die-hard Bengals fan, unapologetic coffee snob, and proud #GirlDad.
Lizzy is from Wilmore, Kentucky and teaches 5th grade at Hazelwood Middle School. Together, they have two sweet and spunky girls. Lizzy loves baking, crafting, and watching all things Marvel and Star Wars.
Ideal group hangout: A laid-back night in their living room sharing food, having meaningful conversations, playing board games, creating, or watching sports.

Karen and Jennifer feel called to teach and encourage younger women in what is good and true (Titus 2:3–4), helping them follow Jesus with their whole lives. They are both currently in a small group together and desire to put into practice what they are learning by leading another group.
Karen has been part of the Northside family for over 20 years and has been involved in women’s groups for more than 30 years. She is passionate about encouraging women to become all that God has called them to be and loves spending time with family and playing pickleball.
Jennifer works in the physicians billing office at a local hospital and has been attending Northside for five years. She enjoys health and fitness and values growing in her walk with the Lord alongside others.
Ideal group hangout: Spending time together, getting to know one another on a deeper level, and challenging each other to grow in faith and obedience to Jesus.

We chose to lead a group together because we love having convos with others about what God is teaching them and we love helping others come to know Jesus in a real way. Plus following Jesus with others is more fun!
Our ideal group is a place where people can relax, have fun, and enjoy good conversations. Our hope is that every time we gather, we leave knowing Him a little more.

I’m Kyle! I am 25 years old. Currently I am on staff as part of the residency program here at Northside looking to get into ministry full time. In my free time I love to do outdoor activities like golf, basketball, & hiking. I also like to travel and go on mission trips. I came to Northside after growing up catholic and although I’ve always been a believer it wasn’t until I came here where I wanted to start actually following Jesus with everything. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and this church has changed my life.
I’m Noah! I am 25 years old, and I came to Christ in September of 2024, getting baptized in November of that year. I am continually eager to learn more about Christ, and what he has in store for me and my life. I am excited to walk with the guys in my group as they continue to learn about Christ as well! Apart from that, I teach music at Floyds Knobs Elementary School. When I’m not working, I love running, reading, watching sports ( soccer, football, and basketball ), and hanging out with my bloodhound named Fletcher. Looking forward to meeting you!

I’m Megan Eldridge! I’ve been at Northside for a decade. I work in nonprofit leadership. I’m married with a son. I love leading worship, reality TV, sushi, and hanging outside. I’m passionate about helping young women build a deep and meaningful friendship with Jesus.
I’m Kimberly Pavan! I also go by KP! I moved from Vegas in 2017 to do the school of ministry and have been here ever since! I have an adventurous soul who also loves Pickleball! I try to live life with joy and find that alongside others seeking Jesus.
