Eli Coffman is a southern Indiana native and has a prodigious heart for the community he grew up in. His community efforts started at 8 years old when he immersed himself into the local worship scene. He was mentored by many community leaders while completing his HS Degrees at Floyd Central and Prosser. He started his Career at Northside as an intern, working with his passion of students worship ministry. He would consider himself to be one that learns by experience rather than paper. Which is why he has always surrounded himself with positive influences and given back by mentoring within his level of experience. Family is of the utmost importance to Eli. He is a part of a family that has sown into his ministerial spirit since almost birth, by supporting him with expansive studies of theory and scripture and musical efforts. When asked why he loves what he does he would say: “Your work is the most meaningful when it isn’t about you." He always leads with his heart, and his hands are always open to help and minister to our next generation.
