Maddy was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and started attending Northside in 2013. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing and a minor in International Business from the University of Louisville, attended the Hague University in the Netherlands for a study abroad program, and graduated from Northside's inaugural School of Ministry class. Maddy worked in the financial industry for three years and worked in a financial firm's marketing department overseeing events and day-to-day planning. Maddy loves to spend time with her husband, Derek, and their family, Xander, Kellen, and their two dogs, Buddy and Belle. She is excited to be a part of building God's kingdom by pouring into Outreach at Northside!
